Parents and spectators are reminded that the Tely Ten will be taking place on Sunday June 28th.  The NLAA has provided the following information on road closures and alternate routes in the following link:  https://www.nlaa.ca/tely10/race_day/road_closures.php

Please allow for extra time to reach the various soccer fields.

Parents and spectators are reminded that they are not permitted to sit on the same side of the field as the players/team bench. This area is only for coaches, managers and players.  If an area is roped off, then they must stay behind that area. Thank you for your cooperation. 

May 20, 2026: Please check the "2026 Rule Changes" tab to review the document that outlines all rule changes that have been implemented in the Metro League for the 2026 Season. These changes are currently not reflected in the Metro League Manual but will be updated in the near future. Please be mindful that these changes are new to coaches, players, and referees alike.
